At Creations by Nunu, each order is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time:
All items are made to order or prepared in small batches.
🕒 Processing time: 10–14 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Processing time begins after your order is placed and includes order preparation, quality checks, and packaging. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 3–7 business days (U.S. standard shipping)
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Seasonal & Limited-Edition Orders:
For seasonal collections, holiday items, and limited drops:
- Orders placed by the posted order-by date are intended to arrive in time for the occasion
- Orders placed after the cutoff date may arrive after the holiday or event
We strongly recommend ordering early, as seasonal items are produced in limited quantities.
Shipping Delays:
Creations by Nunu is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High order volume during launches or promotions
Once an order is in transit, delivery timing is determined by the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Creations by Nunu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made by Creations by Nunu.

Preorder Policy
Effective Date: February 11, 2026
At Creations by Nunu, select limited releases are offered through preorder. Please review the information below carefully before placing a preorder.
What Is a Preorder?
A preorder secures your item before production is completed.
Preorders are offered for limited releases produced in small, controlled quantities.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the processing timeline outlined below.
Preorder Access
Preorders may be made available exclusively to customers on a designated waitlist.
• Only customers with access to the private preorder link may place a preorder.
• Access does not guarantee availability.
• Quantities are limited and may sell out without notice.
Preorder Launch Time
Preorders open on the officially announced date and time.
Example:
February 22 at 2:22 PM CST
Preorders remain open until the announced closing date or until sold out, whichever occurs first.
Orders placed outside of the official preorder window may be canceled at the discretion of Creations by Nunu.
Processing & Production Timeline
Preorder production begins only after the preorder window has officially closed.
Estimated production time:
4–6 weeks (business days, excluding weekends and holidays)
Production timeline begins after preorder close date, not at time of individual purchase.
Processing includes:
• Manufacturing
• Quality inspection
• Packaging
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
If production completes sooner than expected, orders may ship earlier.
Shipping Timeline After Production
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
• 3–7 business days (U.S. standard shipping)
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Limited Quantity & Sell-Out Policy
Preorders are offered in limited quantities.
If an item sells out:
• Additional inventory is not guaranteed
• Waitlisted customers may not receive restock access
Creations by Nunu reserves the right to close preorders early if production capacity is reached.
Order Modifications, Discounts & Cancellations
Due to the nature of preorder production:
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
• Sizes, colors, and shipping addresses cannot be modified after checkout.
• Discount codes and promotional codes are not valid on preorder releases.
• Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Payment & Chargebacks
Full payment is collected at the time of preorder.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:
• You understand the stated production timeline
• You agree to wait for the estimated fulfillment period
• You accept that preorder items are not eligible for cancellation due to production time
Preorders are custom production orders and are not eligible for refunds due to standard processing timelines.
Initiating a chargeback due to preorder wait time, when the timeline has been clearly stated, may result in account restriction from future releases.
Unforeseen Delays
In rare cases, production delays may occur due to:
• Supplier delays
• Manufacturing adjustments
• High demand
If delays exceed the stated window, customers will be notified via email.
