Are your items ready to ship?
No. All items at Creations by Nunu are made to order.
Each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed to ensure quality, intention, and detail.
Why are items made to order?
Made-to-order allows us to:
- Maintain high quality standards
- Offer intentional, limited designs
- Reduce waste and overproduction
- Focus on craftsmanship rather than mass production
⏳ Processing Time
How long does it take to process an order?
Because everything is made to order, our standard processing time is:
- 10-14 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time. Seasonal drops or collections may have extended processing times, which will be noted in the product description.
Do you offer rush orders?
At this time, rush processing is not available.

Do you offer personalization?
Yes. Select items allow personalization such as names, short phrases, or dates. Available options are listed on each product page.
Can I request a custom order?
We accept personalized bulk orders of three (3) or more items through our Personalized Bulk Order Request Form.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, you will receive a custom quote, timeline, and invoice via email within 24–72 business hours.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Are gift sets made to order as well?
Yes. All gift sets are curated and assembled after your order is placed.
Do all gift sets include a greeting card?
Yes. Every gift set includes a greeting card unless stated otherwise.
Are collections limited?
Some collections are seasonal or limited edition. Once a collection ends, items may not return.

Do you ship within the U.S.?
Yes, we currently ship within the United States.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship after the processing period is complete. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- Personalized items and gift sets are non-refundable
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
