Refund policy

Custom & Personalized Items:

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes items with names, custom text, custom colors, or special requests made specifically for you.

Non-Custom Items

We accept exchanges or store credit for eligible non-custom items.

 

Eligibility requirements:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included

Refunds are issued as store credit or issue refunds to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by Creations by Nunu.

 

Final Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items, custom/personalized items and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Time
Approved exchanges or credits are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
